Northeast Houston & Lake Houston
Northeast Houston follows US-59/I-69 past Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, and Lake Houston. Beltway 8 and the Grand Parkway provide the main east-west crossings. You will find established master-planned neighborhoods, townhouses near the freeway, wooded lots closer to the lake, and newer construction toward SH 99. County, city, utility, and school boundaries do not always follow the neighborhood names. Flood and drainage conditions also change around the lake and its tributaries, so use the exact address when checking maps, districts, services, and insurance questions.
