Clear Lake and the Bay Area follow I-45, NASA Parkway, and SH 146 toward Johnson Space Center, Port Houston’s Bayport and Barbours Cut terminals, and the communities around Galveston Bay. Housing ranges from master-planned subdivisions and waterfront townhouses to garden apartments and larger lots closer to the county line.
